Prior to self-employment, Howard was the Senior Appraiser with the Federal Land Bank Association of South Alabama where he performed over $1.6 Billion dollars of real estate appraisal assignments in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Howard spent his first two years as a Realtor with Russell Lands Real Estate, before moving to RealtySouth, Alabama’s #1 real estate company.
